All the artworks we show are for sale unless otherwise stated.
To purchase an artwork go to our Buying Department where you can use PayPal, the secure online payment method, to pay quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information.
But if you would prefer to discuss other ways of making your payment, just contact us directly.
We give clear guidelines to artists exhibiting at Green Chair Gallery about how they photograph their work and how they describe it. It means you, the viewer, can be confident about the accuracy and quality of the artworks you see.
When you have made your purchase, in most cases the artist will send it to you directly from their studio. This helps you to make a relationship with the artist; it also enables us to give you a more personal service. Moreover it helps you to keep your costs down and makes us all into more responsible environmentalists! Our environmental policy makes this very clear.
And if you are not satisfied that what you have purchased when it arrives is as good as or better than what you've seen at the Gallery then our returns policy allows you to return it and receive a refund.
But we don't think you'll be disappointed!
Purchasers can return items that have been damaged or spoiled in transit and Green Chair Gallery will pay for the dispatch costs. Purchasers should notify the Gallery of any such damage within 14 days of receiving their purchase. Where repair or replacement is impossible or unfeasible, a full refund can be agreed.
Green Chair Gallery makes every effort to describe and represent the artworks displayed as accurately as possible. But we do recognise the limitations of the technology used to show them in this gallery. In accordance with consumers' rights, purchasers will have the option to return, in the same state as they received it, any work that that is clearly not what is exhibited in the Gallery or varies significantly from what is described. Where this is shown and agreed to be the case a full refund of the purchase price will be granted.
In addition, a 'cooling off period' of seven working days from receipt of an artwork will be allowed during which the purchaser can change their mind and the item(s) returned. A full refund of the purchase price will be made.
Please note:
Purchasers should notify the Gallery and not the artist to report or discuss returns and refunds. The Gallery will communicate with artists themselves where further information is required and get back to purchasers.
